Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 cups soya flour


  • 1/2 cups urad dal/ split skinless blackgram flour


  • 1 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1 tsp cumin powder


  • 1 tsp salt as required


  • 2 tbsp butter


  • 1 tsp seseame seeds

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 155°C .
  • Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and add sufficient water. Knead into a soft dough.
  • Put sufficient dough into a chakli press .
  • Place a silicon sheet onto the baking tray and make chakalis from it.
  • Place the tray in oven and bake for 20 minutes.
  • Remove from heat , cool and serve.
